OUR POLICY

1. By booking a course with us you agree to comply with our cancellation policy.

2. When booking online you will pay for your course in full upon booking as a deposit. 

3. This will be used as payment for your course and is fully refundable should you cancel at least 7 days before your appointment.

4. If you cancel with less than 24 hours before your appointment or fail to attend your appointment you will lose your deposit and will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

5. If we don’t receive 5 days’ notice to cancel your appointment you will not receive a refund.

6. The payment required under clause 4 above will be immediately due and payable upon you giving less than 5 days’ notice to us or upon your failure to attend the appointment.

7. You may permit another person to attend your course in your place provided that you inform us of the name/details of the individual attending your course before they attend.

8. Only extenuating circumstances will be considered as an exception to our cancellation policy and any decision to grant dispensation is at our complete discretion.

9. Any decision to grant dispensation on a particular occasion shall not be deemed to be dispensation or consent for any future occasions on which the cancellation policy is not adhered to.

10. No failure or delay by us exercise any right or remedy we have under this clause or by law shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, nor shall it prevent or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy. No single or partial exercise of such right or remedy shall prevent or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.

11. If we are required to enforce our rights under this clause against you we reserve the right to claim interest and the costs of enforcement from you together with the sums due under this clause as a debt.

12. We will try our best to help you fill your space on the course so you can transfer dates however, please note that we have had to implement this policy as failure to provide adequate notice or failure to attend a course costs us money, and we are required to cover the cost of the course registration and our time adequate notice of course cancellation
